Whole fruit is more nutritious than juice, since most of the fiber and nutrients contained in the fruit’s skin (in the case of apples and grapes, for example) are lost when the fruit is processed into juice.

One cup of orange juice contains 0.5 grams of fiber, while one cup of oranges contains 4.3 grams of fiber.

Fruit juice is better than no fruit at all, but whole fruit is best in terms of nutrition.  If you drink juice, be sure to get 100 per cent juice rather than fruit drinks or fruit juice "cocktails" that contain added sugar.
